this year for pioneer day we hung out with the amazing allen family. aka. my second in laws...hahaha. not really, but it feels like it! i just love all of them! anyways, we met up with them at fat cats & then went up to this great park with a view of all of the fireworks going on in the valley. afterwards we lit off a ton of our own fireworks. of course my husband had to lit some of the illegal ones! oh & if you've never heard of pioneer day, well i hadn't either until last year! kind of a random holiday, but hey any day off of school is a good day! :) ps. i PASSED my written exam this morning & am taking my practical on wednesday! wish me luck!
