a few of my beauty MUST haves

since, i work in the beauty industry a lot of people ask me what my favorite products are so i thought i would share just a few of my favorites i am using right now.

starting on the left with quick tan by body drench. this is by far my lifesaver...i have finally been able to find a spray tan that really works! it is especially great for the busy girl who doesn't have anytime to go tanning & it's cancer free without that ugly orange glow. it is an aerosal & sprays on perfectly even if you are spraying it from about a foot away. if you want just a light tan body drench is the way to go!! oh & i bought it at sally's beauty supply for like $18.00 and it lasts me a few months!

the next product is moroccan oil. i cannot rave enough about this new product!! it REALLY works, i discovered it at the isse in long beach & i became hooked. i have tried about every product lately because i am trying to get my hair back to a healthy state and this has really helped me so much. my hair is really damaged in the back and a lot of times oil/lipid products will stick to my hair & make it feel really greasy, but the moroccan oil doesn't do that at all!! just appy a dime size amount or more depending on the texture of your hair & walaah! i LOVE it & it smells super good in your hair! :)

here we are to my absolute FAVORITE mascara in the world. so here is the story about how i came upon this heavenly product. i was out of my usual, 2nd favorite mascara colossal lash by maybelline & i was in new york so i need some mascara asap. so me & some of the girls went into sephora, as soon as i walked in they had this amazing display of the best selling mascara's & dior blackout was one of them. me being the skeptic about switching to a new mascara i asked a few people what the best one was on the shelf & they all pointed to blackout! so of course i tried it & i am hooked. it really is so wonderful, the brush is a perfect size for my eyes & it really extends them to the fullest they can go! another product that you must try at least once!! ps. is there a sephora here in utah?? or do i need to keep ordering online. :( i heard rumors that they were putting one in or have already...

my last product that i want to share with you is kerastase's chroma riche line! if you have any sort of dry or damaged hair, quit looking around for other products! this will boost your hair back to it's normal condition. it is full of protein & moisture & is ideal for all of you blondies!! right after we tried to get my hair back to blonde & it was all sorts of fried, i was in a panic to find something that would  help rebuild my hair that was literally breaking off...like so bad!! i asked EVERYONE & finally steven robertson from lunatic fringe told me to go & buy the chroma riche shampoo & masque! not overexaggeration, the first time i used it my hair felt better! it really saved my life, i thought i was going to have to wear a wig! thank heavens for kerastase because that would have been sick! haha.

anyways, i hope that this helped out a little bit & if any of you are in need of any hair help or advice feel free to ask me because i have been everycolor, i know what fades color & i know how to get your hair back into great shape in record time!! & i LOVE LOVE LOVE talking about this stuff because not a lot of people know what is behind the bottle and what some products actually do, i had NO idea before i went to paul mitchell the school!

i am sooo glad you did this post! i love it. where do you get the moraccan oil? i have been wanting to buy some. i had it used on my hair once at the salon and i LOVED it but that was a few years ago! also, I LOVE SEPHORA. and guess what? they just opened one in the Provo Town Mall in the JCPenny there! i haven't been to it yet, but my sister and friend have. it is inside JCPenny, so it is probably not as cool as it having it's own store, but still cool! i want to try all of these things now!!

so i need to get my hair done asap. i want color melting. what i've been doing is getting color from sally's that is just a close color to my own. grant puts it on (i know, he's awesome) then i use bleach and just put highlights where i want them (around my face and at the bottom of different chunks of hair, i know sounds real healthy but i love the grown out look) the problem now is that my mousy real hair color that is growing out looks way more gray when i have any warmth or red in my hair... which my base color is that. ANYWAY i don't even know what i'm getting at. i just want someone to blend my ashy color with a light brown using the color melting technique. and i'm not sure how to get that across to a stylist in albuquerque, new mexico. i'm sure i'll figure it out but any advice ms. hair know it all? i just love having low maintenance hair and not having to get it done all the time. help! :) i also have questions on a cute but i'll save that for another day.........
